This notice explains the information HeyHomeCare handles, why we handle it, and the choices available to customers, caregivers, and website visitors. Customer agreements and BAAs control where they provide more specific terms.
We may process account and contact details, agency configuration, caregiver and scheduling data supplied by customers, call and message records, support communications, billing records, and standard website or device telemetry.
Customers control the workforce and care-operation data they submit. HeyHomeCare processes that data to provide the contracted service.
We use information to authenticate users, operate voice and SMS workflows, integrate with agency systems, provide support, secure and improve the service, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law.
We use contracted infrastructure, communications, analytics, billing, and integration providers where necessary to deliver the service. Vendors that may handle protected health information must complete the required contractual and security review before production PHI is allowed to flow.
Retention follows customer agreements, operational requirements, and applicable law. We use access controls, encryption, audit logging, credential protection, and PHI-aware logging practices designed for healthcare-regulated workflows. See our security overview.
Account administrators can request access, correction, export, or deletion consistent with the customer agreement and applicable law. Caregivers and other individuals should normally contact the agency that controls their information. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@line.care.
