Get texts from your home care agency

Home care agencies use HeyHomeCare to text their caregivers about open shifts, schedule changes and clock-in reminders. Enter your cell number, then reply YES to the text we send.

Sign up for texts

Use the cell number you gave your agency.

HeyHomeCare text messages: texts about open shifts, your schedule, clock-in reminders and sign-in codes, sent on behalf of your home care agency. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Questions: hello@line.care.

What you’ll get

  • Open shifts and requests to cover a shift
  • Schedule changes, visit reminders and schedule confirmations
  • Clock-in reminders and clock-in links
  • Sign-in codes for the caregiver portal and app
  • Answers to questions you text us about your schedule, availability or a call-off

How many texts you get depends on your schedule and your agency. We never send marketing, and we don’t text caregivers at night unless a shift is starting soon.

To stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop them. You’ll get one text confirming it, then no more. Reply START to turn them back on, or HELP for help. Other words that stop texts: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

The full program terms are in our Terms, and how we handle your number is in our Privacy notice. Clients and family members: your agency records whether you agreed to texts, so ask them to change it.
